Special Clinic for Father Law Home Residents at Sanjeevani Medical Centre with Guest of Honor the High Comissioner Of India
A dedicated clinic was held for the residents and staff of Father Law home yesterday at the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Medical Centre in Nasese.
The Guest of Honor during the special clinic was H.E. Smt. Padmaja, the High Commissioner Of India. She spent one on one quality time with the Father Law home elderly residents, staff & volunteers.
Free check-ups were conducted by various volunteer health professionals and Sanjeevani Medical Centre staff, supported by One Fiji volunteers.
Services provided on the day included:
- General Medical consultations by Senior Physicians and GPs
- Dental consultations and procedures by a senior dentist from Fiji National University
- Dietitian consultation
- Eye glasses check by optical technician
- Physiotherapy
- Free medicines dispensed by volunteer pharmacist
- ‘Sai Annapoorna’- All the patients and volunteers were served free lunch after the clinic.
