Over 4,400 pints of blood collected potentially saving over 13,238 lives

Sai Prema Foundation’s Be A Hero is a successful blood collection project across the towns and cities of Fiji in conjunction with the Fiji National Blood Service, Fiji Ministry of Health and the Fiji Red Cross. The aim of this initiative is simple – to ensure that there would not be a situation where doctors or surgeons would need to postpone a crucial surgery due to the lack of blood available at the blood banks around the country. The Foundation has been the highest blood collectors in Fiji for the past 7 years.
