Dr. Maryanne Kora’ai was given training in non-invasive Paediatric cardiology at the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital in Raipur for a period of three months and attained a Fellowship in Non-invasive Pediatric Cardiology.
Sai Prema Foundation Fiji in association with the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospitals India will be providing a Pediatric Cardiology scholarship to train Fiji-based Doctors in India.
The idea of this medical scholarship program is to build capacity in Fiji by training an entire specialist team enabling it to successfully run the Sai Sanjeevani Children’s Hospital in Fiji.
The scholarship aims to train medical professionals in all aspects of Pediatric Cardiology including pediatric cardiothoracic surgery, perfusion and pediatric nursing. The scholarship will be given to Fiji Ministry of Health personnel at no cost to the Government. All training, accommodation, meals and air fares for the entire duration of the scholarship will be provided free for the candidate and the Government of Fiji.
